Chicken Sandwich Causes Illness

On June 29, I had a chicken sandwich for lunch. Within a couple of hours, I wasn't feeling very good and later had bad stomach pain and nausea. I've had diarrhea and vomiting, and a day later, I'm still not feeling good. The sandwich was awful!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
