We bought a frozen Sicilian Pepperoni Pizza a week ago. My wife prepared it for me last night, and within a couple hours I had the worst diarrhea I've had. I couldn't sleep and I was late to work due to being up all night with bathroom problems and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
