Frozen Burger Illness Outbreak

Got a box of white castle hamburgers in a frozen box. Went home and ate 3 of them at 7:38 p.m. Woke up at 3:30 a.m. with constant diarrhea and vomiting starting at 6:45 a.m. followed by extreme stomach cramps.
