Bought Fresh Express bagged spring lettuce use by date 8/20/29 (6 days out) Code S21622822:27 product of USA. Became extremely bloated, nauseas and felt very tired. 5 hrs later bouts of intense diarrhea started along with chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloating, Chills
