Saturday May 30 2020. The guacamole is the only thing I ate different than my wife who did not get sick. 30 minutes after eating this appetizer I had intense gas pain in my stomach area followed by diarrhea. I took pep to tablets which helped.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
