Intestinal Pain After Burrito

Had a $2 burrito at night and in the morning I was feeling week. The next day I had severe pain in the intestines, unable to pass any gas or stool. Had to take antibiotics and other medication to feel better. Two days later I still have light pain in the abdomen.

just had a steak quesadilla. within a couple hours of eating it i started feeling nauseous and diarrhea hit this morning.
