“I got the kiwi starfruit refresher. The caffeine (which i didnt know this drink had caffeine) made me a little jittery at first. Then after about 4 hours, i was so caffeined out. Beyond jittery. Then 1.5 hours after that, SEVERE nausea & chills. Its now been about 10 hrs since the drink. And i feel... so terrible still. Nausea is worse. Still a little jittery bit its maintainable. I cant even drink water without feeling like i’ll throw up. Tummy is making all these weird noises. Never had this problem from this delicious drink before! I didnt eat anything bad either! ”

“I ordered the green tea latte, and I felt a little off right after finishing it. At around 7:00 pm I began to feel nauseous. I woke up a few hours later vomiting and have diarrhea. It is 2:24pm the next day and I only feel much worse. I cannot keep anything down and I can’t keep liquid in my system.... May be going to ER because of how dizzy I feel. ”

“The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 2,237 pounds of meat and poultry pasta products by Avanza Pasta, LLC. because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
FSIS is conce... rned that some products may be frozen and in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
The meat and poultry ravioli and tortellini items were produced on various dates from October 5, 2019 through March 12, 2021. The products subject to recall do not bear an establishment number nor the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to restaurants, distributors, and retail locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. The list of products subject to recall can be found in the link below.
The problem was discovered by FSIS during in-commerce surveillance activities. Consumers and members of the media with questions about the recall can contact Pavlos Loumbroukos, Operations Manager for Avanza Pasta, LLC., at (847) 584-2891.

“2 of us went we both had raw oysters as well as the crab shrimp and lobster boil. 2 hours after we ate his stomach was hurting I projectile vomited and then had diarrhea that would not stop and nausea as well. Food contaminated with Clostridium botulinum toxin may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Symptoms in adults can include facial paralysis or loss of facial expression, unreactive or fixed pupils, difficulty swallowing, drooping eyelids, blurred or double vision, difficulty speaking, including slurred speech, and a change in sound of voice, including hoarseness.

Recall details: Today Sabra Dipping Company, LLC announced that, in partnership with the FDA, it is voluntarily recalling app... roximately 2,100 cases of 10 oz Classic Hummus because it was potentially contaminated with Salmonella, that was discovered by a routine screen of a single tub by the FDA. The recall is limited to 1 SKU of 10 oz Classic Hummus produced on Friday, February 10, 2021 between the hours of 6:00 PM and 12:00 midnight with a “Best Before” date of April 26.
The voluntary recall is limited only to 10 oz Classic Hummus. No other Sabra products are affected by this recall. This product was distributed to 16 states. The product is over halfway through its shelf life. It’s unlikely you’ll find this product on the shelf. No illnesses or consumer complaints have been reported to date in connection with this recall. The recalled product is listed below. Consumers can find time stamp and “Best Before” date on the top of each package.
- Classic Hummus, 10oz. UPC: 300067. Best Before: 4/26/21. PRODUCTION DATE/TIME STAMP: On: Feb 10 Between: 18:00:27 and 23:49:00.
The product was distributed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Indiana, Mississippi, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Jersey, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

Consumption of food contaminated with Salmonella can cause salmonellosis. The most common symptoms of salmonellosis are diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and fever within 12 to 72 hours after eating a contaminated product. Most people recover without treatment. In rare circumstances, infection can produce more severe illness and require hospitalization. Older adults, infants, and persons with weakened immune systems are more likely to develop a severe illness. Individuals concerned about an illness should contact their health care provider.
