3 Sick from Hospital Meal

Myself and two sisters, one of which is still in Hospital all ate the same meal on Tuesday 4/17/18. Myself and younger sister were out of work and ill for over five days. My elder sister is still ill at Southern Vermont Medical Center.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
