At there for lunch, think I had the mixed boti kebab. Didn’t have dinner. Next morning was woken up at 4am by stomach cramps. Went to the bathroom at 6 vomited a little. Was ok during the day not too much pain. At 11pm pain came back a lot had diarrhea all night. At 6:30 vomited a ton.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
