I got the Pad See Ew 11/29/23 and hours after I ate it I had E. coli symptoms EPEC EAEC was my diagnoses. The noodles and Chinese broccoli had a severe pungent taste. I knew I shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing. Maybe that’s why mine is mild.
