Went to applebee’s at 4:30 pm and ordered a 3 patty houseburger. Upon completing my meal 2 hours later at 6:30 pm I had diarrhea nausea vomiting sore body and no way of keeping fluids down. Applebee’s gave me food poisoning.

We are the combo appetizer. Three out of four of us got sick within 1-3 hours of eating. We ate the combo appetizer with the BBQ chicken. We all got severely nauseous, vomited,
