Yesterday I ate applebees mac and cheese with the chicken strips, immediately after eating it I had a severe stomach ache and felt like I was going to vomit. Now I'm very nauseous and my stomach is killing me and I have a really bad headache.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
