Late-night Sandwich Illness

Last night after work around 6 pm, I stopped at the Arby’s to grab a sandwich for dinner. I ate it around 6:30 and went to bed at 8. Around 2am I woke to a severe urge to vomit and had diarrhea. Feverish chills stayed until roughly 8am, as did the other symptoms.
