Food Safety Reports: Arby's, Southeast 272nd Street, Covington, WA, United States

My husband got horribly ill 1 day after eating at this Arby's. I did not eat there and I'm perfectly fine, otherwise we've shared all our meals, so I can only assume it was from Arby's. Hopefully no one else has gotten sick. After 24 hours of hell he's starting to recover.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
