Beef Sandwich Causes Illness

I had a beef and cheddar sandwich around 11:45. At 8:45 that evening I had non-stop diarrhea, which continued until sunday. I still couldn't eat without it going straight through me on Monday and my stomach is still cramping today (Tuesday).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
