Weird Sandwiches, Severe Illness

1/23/24 got two sandwiches took a bite or two of one and it tasted weird. Then tried other one and it was worse. Three hours later abdominal cramps chills nausea and horrid diarrhea still sick three days later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills
