Rancid Ribeye Causes Illness

I bought 2 kings ribeye bitlong, opened one on way home and put some in my mouth. It tasts disgusting, I spit it out. I smell the packet. Its rancid and the meat is greyish, I get home and open other packet but it's fine. I then noticed the rancid one had a small hole in the bottom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
