Shared a meal with my girlfriend, pumpkin soup, 7 hour lamb shank and duck confit (this is the one I ate most of, she only had 2 bites and has no symptoms). Experiencing severe vomiting, chills and Stomach cramps. Ate on the 28th at 8, started feeling sick 2 hours later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
