Suspected Contaminated Tomatoes

Had the canadian breakfast. I suspect the tomatos were contaminated but im uncertain. I didnt eat anything else that day and was vomitting for the rest of the day. Stomach pains the day after and its been a week now and i still have stomach pains on and off especially when i eat
