My husband stated he ate some fresh green grapes probably bough at the only grocery store in town.
He was shaking and had projectile vomiting and diarrhea all night and this morning. He is weak and can’t even drink water without throwing up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Shaking
