I think the Arby's roast beef sandwich I had at lunch today gave me food poisoning. It did not taste right, and I only had half the sandwich because it seemed off. Didn't look right in color or taste. 1.5 hours after eating I started getting very sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ate a meal at Taco Bell at 8pm on Friday evening. By 10:30pm, I was vomiting on the hour, every hour until 3:30am. Diarrhea is also a symptom occurring only once. Nausea has stayed persistent throughout the night.

My husband stated he ate some fresh green grapes probably bough at the only grocery store in town.

He was shaking and had projectile vomiting and diarrhea all night and this morning. He is weak and can’t even drink water without throwing up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Shaking
