Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, East Main Street, Bellevue, OH, USA

Ate a meal at Taco Bell at 8pm on Friday evening. By 10:30pm, I was vomiting on the hour, every hour until 3:30am. Diarrhea is also a symptom occurring only once. Nausea has stayed persistent throughout the night.
