Pizza Illness: Fatigue, Fever

I ate the pepperoni pizza and within 4 hours was violently ill. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. The primary symptoms last 8-12 hours with fatigue and general discomfort lasting 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue
