Became ill 4 hours after eating there. Was on an international flight. Vomited Undigested meal in bathroom on flight. Very bloated and lots of cramping. Flight attendants helping with antiemetics and supportive care. Severe diarrhoea and cramping 12 hours after meal  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
