I ate a mushroom pizza, after I vomited multiple times, has severe nausea, fever and diarrhea. I was close to going to the hospital, it was honestly scary. One of the worst food poisoning cases I've ever had in my entire life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
