I ate The Philly cheesesteak and not even 2 hours later i am Throwing up and having diarrhea nonstop. I never throw up so this was very scary for me. It was the only thing i ate Since 12pm today and I can’t go sleep because i keep Dry heaving  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
