Ate dinner at Black Tap, Saturday evening between 530pm-630pm. Everyone at the table had a burger, while I got the Burger Salad. No one else got sick. 4-5 hours after dinner I was having horrible diarrhea and vomiting every hour for the next 7 hours.

4/27/22, burgers, most likely Ate around 7PM and got sick the next day around 10AM. Stomach pains, vomiting, diarrhea and fatigue lasting all day. Unable to keep even water down until about 7PM (24hrs after eating the food).
