Severe Illness After Pizza

Last week I got severely sick after eating there. My husband told me to report it to them but I did not. My illness (vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness was so severe that my husband had to call 911 to my house). I have never in my life been so sick over food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Dizziness
