Nachos Jalapenos Cause Illness

I got horribly sick from nachos at a vendor at Pepsi Center on September 4. I am fairly sure it was the jalapenos on the nachos because my friend who also had the nachos (but no jalapenos) did not get sick.

Kid's Meal Caused Illness

10/14/17 My daughter had a kid's meal that included canned fruit cocktail before a concert. It was the only thing the adults didn't also eat. She was vomiting uncontrollably within hour and half from eating. It was resolved within about 36 hours.
