Boneless Wings Trigger Illness

Ordered boneless wings to go; other people I was with got other items. Within two hours I was feeling terrible and the diarrhea started. About an hour after that, vomiting for 4 hours. Still, two days later my stomach is still crampy. No one else in my family has been affected.
