Stale Food, Immediate Vomiting

As of 10 minutes ago. I ate and then threw it all up. And got really nauseous after I threw up and now my stomach hurts I think the food The food was kind of stale feeling. The chicken was hard to bite into and the fries were cold  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
