Whopper Meal Causes Illness

I got the Whopper meal. I took a nap for an hour and when I woke up, I had instant bathroom issues. I had abdominal pain which made me nauseous and also made me vomit. This is the second time from this location over the couple years, definitely not doing it again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
