Whopper, Nuggets: Severe Symptoms

I got sick 1.5 hours after eating a few nuggets and a whopper. Not sure what caused it, but I'm on day 5 of severe abdominal cramping, nausea and severe diarrhea. Will be seeing a doctor after the weekend if still not improved!
