As i write this im currently spilling my guts from my front and behind im in so much pain i may need an ambulance I’m so scared i cant stop throwing up or the diarrhea and my stomach and back hurt so bad i want to drop to the floor  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
