My 3 year old ate nuggets today and right after eating them he started throwing up then he’s hot diarrhea, My e year old and myself. About 30 to 40 minutes after eating

Less than 24 hours after eating there, I have explosive diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, and I can't stop vomiting. (It doesn't help that the cashier cursed at me. Either the food conditions are unsafe or she did something to the food)
