My girlfriend and I got a salad bowl with a lot of the same ingredients except I got Pico de gallo and guacamole and she did not. 6-8 hours later I was violently puking and had diarrhea a couple hours later. The cramps and pain and vomit continued for the following 12-16 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

We purchased scallops from the seafood department. We cooked them to 165 (we were going to feed it to my 7mo so we could not undercook). the three of us that ate the scallop got extreme reactions, we are on day 3.
