My girlfriend and I got a salad bowl with a lot of the same ingredients except I got Pico de gallo and guacamole and she did not. 6-8 hours later I was violently puking and had diarrhea a couple hours later. The cramps and pain and vomit continued for the following 12-16 hours

Ate at 11am on 7/28 at 2pm I began to have watery diarrhea and vomiting.It has since continued 72 hours later.I feel terrible.I ordered chicken,romaine lettuce,black beans,corn and guacamole, I am the only one who ate in my family.
