Ate at 11am on 7/28 at 2pm I began to have watery diarrhea and vomiting.It has since continued 72 hours later.I feel terrible.I ordered chicken,romaine lettuce,black beans,corn and guacamole, I am the only one who ate in my family.

I got take out for chipotle on friday night 101218. I had a salad with chicken and steak combo for meat. Come saturday morning I started have stomach pain and diarrhea.

Tonight (2/27/18) I ate a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I started feeling nauseous about an hour after eating the food and have had diarrhea and vomiting since.
