Fish Sandwich Illness Report

I ate one fish sandwich there and about 30 mins later I had diarrhea and later vomiting. Now I feel tired and cold but no chills. I noticed a worker leave the bathroom before left and he did NOT wash his hands. I hope he washed them there at the back sink.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
