My husband and I each ate a chicken parmesan sandwich and got very very Ill. Fever. Very intense stomach pain, projectile vomiting and constant diahrea . That was Friday night and today is Monday and my stomach still hurts pretty bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
