after having the Chicken sandwich for lunch, the following day I cam in to work I stated having Nausea, and Diarrhea , vomiting, got a fever.
I cold not eat anything for about the 4th day after my symptoms started.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
