Me, my partner and my cousin all came down with severe vomiting, nausea and a high fever after eating in burger king. Me and my partner ate in the restaurant and brought a burger home for my cousin. Me and my partner came down with all the symptoms first, followed shortly after by my cousin.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
