Severe Illness Post Chicken Bowl

Husband ate chicken bowl at around 12pm today had upset stomach by 3pm, and was vomiting. By 6 pm fever, severe diarrhea, vomiting ?, and nausea. He is very ill and may need to go to the ER. Burrito Famous you will hear from me!!!
