April 12, 2018 at 3PM at Bacchanal Buffet, Caesar's Palace. Manager will not return my phone calls. 4 hours of vomiting followed by 5 hours of diarrhea. Ruined our trip! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
