November 26 2025 Cafe Zupas in Syracuse Utah. My husband got the hot honey bowl and I got a chipotle chicken salad. Wondering if it was the lettuce or the chicken. Symptoms for me started within 30 minutes of eating. My husband got sick a couple hours after, all night long.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
