I ate at The Trafalger at 10pm on 02/07/2024. Wiithin 2 hours I was being violently sick and had chronic diarrhorea. On 05/07/2024 a doctor had to come and give me an injection. This waqs repeated on 06/07/2024. The symptoms subsided, but returned on 09/07/2024 when i was admitted to hospital  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
