Yesterday morning and for some unknown reason just today stomach cramping and diarrhea, Black slimy ends on on lettuce I didn't notice it until I was well eating into the sandwich! I took the food about 15 minutes later back here asked to speak to the manager…

Ordered a green chicken burrito st 1217 on 8/17 it was only room temperature 3 hours later I was in the bathroom at home sick
