This is the second (possibly third) time in 6 weeks I bought food at this Carl’s Jr. and 24-36 hours later had extreme diarrhea, nausea, chills, and vomiting. It seems too much of a coincidence for it not to have been the food I ate that caused the symptoms.

Went there at 6 for lunch got a number 2
It had way to much mayonnaise and ketchup
They replace it but something just didn't taste right ... took coupe lols of bites and ended up throwing it away
