i ate at this Restaurant in about an hour after I started having mass of the stools nausea chills I ate about 1 o’clock in the afternoon Sunday around 3 PM started having chills diarrhea started severe stomach pain and cramping and nausea

This is the second (possibly third) time in 6 weeks I bought food at this Carl’s Jr. and 24-36 hours later had extreme diarrhea, nausea, chills, and vomiting. It seems too much of a coincidence for it not to have been the food I ate that caused the symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Went there at 6 for lunch got a number 2
It had way to much mayonnaise and ketchup
They replace it but something just didn't taste right ... took coupe lols of bites and ended up throwing it away
