Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness

I travel for work. I ate a spicy chicken sandwich & added a packet of mayo & ketchup. Tasted fine until 4.5-5 hours later… I was in/out of the bathroom every 5-10 minutes for 10 hours straight. Had to call out of work. I will NOT return to a Casey’s again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
