Not entirely sure. Maybe shrimp scampi Had gas bubbles in stomach at dinner. Came home and went to bed around 11:45 pm. Woke up at 3 am with vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and stomach cramping.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps
